At last the April showers have arrived - in May. The gardens and birds are grateful but I'm not so sure about the humans. After such glorious sunshine it's a bit hard to go back to jumpers and rain coats.
Have been married 50years and lived in the same place for 40 of them! Three offspring working in different parts of the country. Retired for a good many years but time doesn't hang heavy on my hands as have friends and varied interests.
I enjoy tatting, but have not yet got around to inserting pictures. Inspired by other tatters to get a blog going and in the future months hope to get some content published, if not all tatting just something about life in this part of the world.
At the moment we are having gales in this area of Bath and Bristol and probably enough rain to fill the local reervoirs
